Selling Advice

A little help please. I'm putting my car on here either today or tomorrow and just any advice around the ad that i'm going to put on.

Ad goes like

2006 bmw 330d msport, 4 Doors, Manual, Saloon, Diesel, 57,000 miles, Metallic Black, Superb Condition, Full Service History, ABS, climate control, bluetooth handsfree, Central locking, Cruise control, Front armrest, 18" MV alloys, Radio/CD, Rear headrests, Sports seats, Traction control, Drivers airbag, PAS, Trip computer, Electric door mirrors, Front rear electric windows, Heated door mirrors, Service indicator, 3x3 point rear seat belts, Isofix child seat anchor points, Reverse parking aid, 11 months Mot, 9 months Tax, recent discs, pads and tyres

Thinking of asking around 14495 with the bravado of being knocked down, that sound about right?

Looks a nice desirable car. Should sell quite easy.

Is the private plate already dealt with? Although the DVLA will transfer/retain the plate pretty quickly, it still takes a couple of weeks for the new V5 to arrive, and you will be selling a car without a full V5. Even though it is for a valid reason buyers will be very wary of parting with their cash for a car with no V5.

Drop all the not so important spec, like rear electric windows, PAS ABS etc. Anyone looking at this car will already expect these standard items.

Do you know what if any optional extras it has? list these, as other 330d's might not have them.

Exact name of colour is nice to mention, sounds like you know what you are talking about, is it Carbon Black, Black Sapphire or something else?
How many owners?
Is the history BMW? If not but is a reputable independent mention it.
When was it last serviced/when is it next due? What is due?
Expand on the condition, Is the paint original, never been painted? any small marks? what is the interior like?
I can see it is 1/2 leather its probably worth mentioning to save loads of calls asking is it full leather.
How long have you owned it? If you don't smoke or have dog, mention it.

There are only a few a bit cheaper, but I think you have priced roughly right. If it does not shift quick enough you can always make it more attractive until it does go.
