New key

I need a new key for the car, how do i go about getting it set up to work with my immobiliser?

Hi Mike, sorry i forgot to say, i tried emailing him but no reply, i'm out of the country at the moment so i'll give him a call when i'm back.

This may be a stupid question but do i need to take my car to him or can he programme it and send me the key?

Hi Jonathan,

I took my car to him but I think all he needs is the alarm control box and old keys/immobiliser so he can reprogram them
