Cycle route planner?

Is there a site that will plan a route that is cycle-able that means I avoid main roads?

Google maps -> get directions has a bicycle button.

Via Michelin also has a cycle option.

Have a look at http://www.bikeroutetoaster.com/Course.aspx

Quite good as it allows you to plot a route, but also gives you info on gradients/heights climbed etc. You can also save the route on there and upload to GPS I think.
