Grrr.....Insurance company

After much arguing with my insurers they finally decided that I was entitled to 4 years no claims discount based on having a company car for that time.

Therefore I am due a rebate on the premium I paid, they said, lovely, I thought.

Get the rebate only to see that the toe-rags have taken a £30 admin charge to issue the rebate
