Hope someone can help, I am going to Ireland in a week for a 2 week tour and am desperately trying to find a magazine article which had a group test on what was aparently the best road in Ireland; im pretty sure it was either 'Evo' or 'Car'. I can't find my copy and can't find the article or any reference of it online. Can anyone help and tell me what road it is or point me in the direction of the article?

Im pretty sure it was a winter test and involved the Nissan GTR, Audi R8 and 911 Turbo....

Pretty Please? smile

There are a lot, if you give us a specific area it wont be hard to get you a few decent ones nearby.

In the North I have to say the coast road from Larne to Portrush is pretty epic and my personal favourite is the Portaferry road from Newtownards to Kircubbin. Great road to drive along when empty and beautiful scenery. Miss it as much as I miss my family.

Sligo to Bundoran not sure if thats how its spelled but its up north in the south (Donegal)

Enniskerry to Glendalough via Sallygap, used to be used for the rallying and it is a great drive.

N59 from Westport towards Galway is also pretty decent.

Healy pass, never been but looks awesome.

Im going to have to go on a driving roadtrip when I move back home.
