Fitting a Z4 with a M sport rear bumper

I have just bought a 3.0 Z4 and really like the look of the rear bumper and exhaust set up of the M-sport z4.

If i fit one is it like fitting a m-sport badge to the back of a 2.0 diesel 3 series? Im not planning on putting a m-sport badge on it i just like the look of the bumper and exhaust??

And last of all, is it possible?

I didn't think the M Sport had a different bumper? Do you mean the Z4 M?

You'd need a new exhuast as well? And if its a pre facelift Z4 you'd need new rear lights to fit the cutouts in the bumper.
