MOT Failed on Handbrake on Drivers Side

Had mot done monday, only thing failed is handbrake, it was 90% on passenger side and 25 on the drivers side. Had it adjusted twice before, just got myself a second hand caliper and if its the cable may need to get a new right hand cable for £16 from autolink.

I need it sorting in by 1st aug. I know how to take wheel off but would like some help if anyone can help me with it as I need it to pass the MOT?

I live in the bury area of elton. Anyone? Cup of Tea and Bacon Sandwich offered.

Have you registered with MX5 NUTZ , some great and helpfull guys on their and quite a few in the North West. You stand a good chance of getting some help.

Yes been on there for ages, just advice so far nobody offering to help me adjust it.
