Help please - Binatone error message

Hi all,

Dad has recently purchased a Binatone G430 to use on hols in the UK.
On trying to enter his destination using a postcode the following message was received:

System failed, please restart
Enter yes
Application MobileNavigator.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down.

I've done abit of google searching and it seems to be a common error but no responses have been posted.

If it isn't something that can be fixed and needs to be sent away, does anyone know what a reasonable price would be?
