Sale BMW 530 SE 2004 saloon / 34,000 miles

As I need more space for my children and their equipment I am about to change my car for a Lexus RX450h and therefore will very shortly put my BMW for sale. I am not sure though for what price to adertise it for.
It is a 2004 model (04 plate number - ie the newer shape). It is automatic with only 34,000 miles. It has all the main options including active steering, satellite business, 6 cd autochanger, cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive headlights, xenon headlights. The 4 tyres (run flat were changed more than 500 miles ago). It has been fully serviced by BMW dealer and it will go to BMW dealer on Tuesday for a change of engine oil and brake fluid as part of the maintenance schedule. It is in excellent condition and drive beautifully (there is a small scratch on the front bumper and another one on the front left wheel but they should be easily remedied). This is a fantastic car and the only reason for changing is that I want something with more space and a bit newer (with bluetooth etc)
Lexus has offered £9,300 as a part exchange. I am considering selling it privately for £10.5 K. Is it too low or too high ?
