Vauxhall Auto Electrician

Been trying to get my Vauxhall sorted for a year now. Unfortunately, im struggling to get the Z20NET wired into the 1995 shell. Was assured that it could be done, and haven't yet found a way, due to the lack of knowledge I have to the electrical side.
Essentially, does anybody know a good auto electrician to make me up a complete loom from scratch?
