Pre and post lci?

How can you tell whether a e60/61 is pre or post lci, just looking at pictures rather than having to see the car.

Tail lights will be LED, if you can see them clearly enough.

If its a six cyl diesel it will have the 'joystick' gear stick.

Front door cards would be different.

Cant think of any other 'definitive' differences that you could spot from a picture.
