M25 yesterday - unbelievable driving

Well I thought I'd seen it all, but yesterday I was left mouth wide-open. I got caught in the jam on the south-side around midday. I was stationary in lane 2, and all around were people trying to get into the "fastest" lane, even though they were also pretty stationary. Then knob-jockey in L3 decides to change to L2 in front of me. No wait, he then pushed in to L1 while at right-angles to the normal flow. Then goes across the chevrons on the on-slip we'd stopped by, just to join the queue of the people who were trying to join the motorway from the slip-road - just to gain about 10 car-lengths. Only thing was, as he was doing this the queue moved on about 20 car-lengths, meaning his net-gain was -10 car-length

I was also caught in it, god damn caravans!! Some of the driving was atrocious.
