Roof repairs

I've a vinyl roof that's starting to crack along the rails. I've come out a couple of morning to find the right bolster on the driver's seat soaked. I tried taping it up to cover it, but it doesn't flex enough when the roof comes down. Is there anything I can pump into the corners to seal up the holes from the inside?
