Hi folks

I was wondering if someone could recommend somewhere in the Glasgow or West area for servicing. Car is a 2002 bugeye WRX. My initial thoughts were to find a Subaru independant specialist rather than going down the main dealer route but any thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated.

Quite a few people recommend the garage. Never used them myself so can't comment. I'm just outside Glasgow and used to use Greersport in beith but after a bad experience i wouldn't go back. I do all my own work and the only person apart from me that touches my car is Steve Whitson (SW Motorsport)just outside Edinburgh and well worth traveling to.

I admit it's a bit of travelling just for a service.

Cheers, Johnny

There is also Hypertech over in Bonnybridge, near Falkirk. Used extensively by the guys over on SIDC (including myself when I had my WRX). Dunc is a very friendly approachable chap.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had heard good things about both Steve Whitson and Hypertech but wondered if it was too far to travel for a service (I'm about 40 minutes west of Glasgow). I'll have a think about it....

Cheers
