Ive been working for a good 15 years now at a Finnish mobile phone manufacturers.I have seen the company go trough some great times and currently they are encountering some challenges.
I work as a customer technical acceptance manager. To be honest - im bored of it.

How can i identify potential jobs that my skill set would match? I am bored of the industry and the 120 mile a day commute as well as the lack of opportunity to grow.

I am not scared to take some pay cut, but cannot afford to loose much as i have children and a wife to support.

Any advise (Constructive) please?

Add a third and fourth column, rating how much each interests you and how good you are at each.
