What can/cannot you do to/with your own body?

I can't sit cross legged properly. Used to be able to when I was little.
Not sure why, I've always been fit and active, they just won't go past a certain point when I try to sit like that.
ETA: By they, I mean my knees. Instead of pushing down fairly flat to the floor, my legs end up pointing up about 45degrees, gets painful if I try to push my them further down.

I have never been able to click my fingers.
BUT and I presume the two points are related. I can bend all my fingers backwards to about 50 degrees (My little fingers slightly more).
I can also dislocate some of my fingers and twist them round and release and they pop back into place.
Makes some people I know a bit sick.
