Tamora Temptation

The prices of Tamoras at the moment look so good that they are quite a tempting buy. However, what can be done to improve thier ugly booty. Has anyone got any suggestions, or better still some piccies of a tidied up rear.

Personally I think they look far better in real life than photos portray.

However perhaps a sticker or two improves the look?

I've often thought the same - if the rear end looked rather more like the Chimaera's, that would me my dream TVR (or close at least).

Therapy? They haven't really got an ugly rear. It is actually rather similar to several other TVRs just slightly deeper, to give you a bigger boot.

You could do something clever with custom vinyl stickers to make it look like a pair of lady's buttocks with a g-string peeping out the top. The badge could be the tramp stamp.

personally I think the look canny as they are with the later facelift looking sightly better. I have the T350 as it gorgeous but missus also insisted that i couldn't have a softtop or a red car...

The Tamora is a hell of a lot prettier in the flesh than in pictures.. Same can be said of the Back end of the Tuscan S MK1.. Not great in some pics but absolutely gorgeous in the flesh.. I personally think all Tivs look awesome particularly when you compare them to most of the mundane boring dross out there. All imho of course.

As said above, they look a load better in the flesh... although, when I had mine I was toying with the idea of getting the Ferrari-esque LED rear lights - as used on the Lotus Exige, grafted into the rear of the Tam, as I reckon that would look really smart. Haven't got a clue on price etc, but it would be the kinda thing I'd get a top notch outfit to do, ie: Surface and Design (ex TVR Factory guys).

They are not ugly IMHO. If you don't like it, don't buy one.

There are some enthusiasts in Germany but I think most Germans just don´t `get´ TVR. Too basic and primitive and at the petrol station usual Triumph/Kit Car comments
The colour is also rather too brash for most of them.
However I think the performance (up to 140mph at least) has surprised a few M3 drivers

The car spends some of its time in Germany and some in the UK where it is registered.
The plates are of course for German use only.
As the car is only driven occasionally no hassle up to now but I have the `correct´ plates in the boot just to be on the safe side.
