There is loads of places.

What do you fancy?

I'd be tempted by the new Jamie Oliver restaurant if you can get in and that might come in slightly over budget at £30.

Piccolinos across the road is good if you want an italian. Otherwise head to Sous Le Nez on Quebec Street (behind old Majestyk), go to the bar and have rare beef open sandwich, chips and a few glasses of red. mmmmm (or oush the boat out and have excellent steak frites)

Went for the £24 menu at sous le nez.

Highly recommended

Yeah, Souz le Nez is excellent.

I've not been for a meal in Leeds in ages.

Sorry to raise an old thread but I went to Piccolinos on Friday evening on this suggestion.
I'll keep it brief and say I wont be going again sadly.

Great philosophy, good to very good food, very reasonably priced and a good atmosphere. Eat there in the knowledge that you are making a worthwhile contribution. Forget filling the pockets of corporate, samey, branded, find them anywhere and everywhere restaurant groups like Piccolino's, RB&G etc. Create is unique and purposeful (and cheap).
