MAF Sensors Celica VVTLI 190 vs VVTL 140

Recently my Toyota Celica VVTLI 190 (import'ish) has been diagnosed with a faulty MAF sensor and I have been advised to buy a new one off ebay.

The OEM number is
22204-22010
19740 02030

I have found them at various prices, however some of the pages say it suitable for 143bhp and I can't find anywhere where it says suitable for 190bhp.

My question is, is there a difference? will it hinder the performance of the car? what should I be looking for?

My garage says it could affect performance but it should be OK.. so I'm a little in the dark.
