On a dual carriageway today when a van in front of me travelling in the same direction got flashed by camera on other carriageway (def. van as nothing on other side of road). Other side of road had white "ladder" markings on the road next to both kerblines, but none on my side. Anyone know if he got done, as it would be satisfying to know 'cause he undertook me at lights a few hundred yards before

i've got a feeling that a gatso pointed at the front of the vehicle is not admissable evidence. for some reason you don't appear in the second pic.

Well I hope you are right about that, but does anyone know for sure?

Best wishes all.
Dave.

I rmmember VBH said that the purple lens one can flash you from the front, but not the normal ones.

If the camera was on the other side of the road, he'll not get nicked....Cameras usually have to be on your side of the road to nick you.

kevin.

Oh try it and see, I have, about 50 in a 40 will do the trick, come at the camera on the centre line and hey ho, flashes only once.......
