Got a letter from dvla today because just registered my new trackcar in my name and turns out the previous owner had cancelled the cheque they used to buy the road tax. Only a couple of months left so not too bad financially for me but rather annoying. New one on me - shame on the dvla if they don't chase the previous owner though!
