Help Boot won`t open!

Guys am after some help,my boot won`t open. I have done a search and understand that there is a secret way to get in. Could someone please mail me with the method.

I don't think anyone will send you the details this being your first post n all....

Don't want to be rude, but if you're a genuine owner then you'll understand members concerns and won't mind waiting the extra day or two for the procedure.
