I need some tomorrow. Is there any where local that sells it off the shelf? I'd assumed B&Q would do but it is by order only, same for Homebase. This is not acceptable for the flat move programme! nono

I'm loath to put it down without as I know how much the noise transfer annoyed the residents of the flat below my last one. (They moved out!)

Give Chris G (with the Exige) a call. He runs a timber flooring company in Henley. I can send you his number if you don't have it.

If Chris can't help the other option is Ikea - they always have LOADS of it...

Odd - b&q had it a couple of months ago when I bought a shedload of the stuff? They did 2 grades too, a 2mm foam that came in a roll and a ticker (6mm?) tile that looked as if it was made from recycled stuff.

Just checked the website and sure enough they list it - but not available in store?

Can someone send me Chris's details (he of the flooring in Henley fame). I need some engineered oak flooring for our new extension (Boen preferably).

Ta!

We went to B&Q a few years ago to buy a shower head, ended up leaving with laminate floor and underlay for our living room, got to the car park and remembered we'd brought the Mini with us!

I was left in the car park, whilst the Mrs drove home and swapped cars biggrin
