Carpet replacement

Gents,
is it me I am trying to download the carpet replacement write up off the Griff pages and it just wont do it, eg the PDF file keeps coming up blank,
Has anybody got the file/report they could send me.
or point out what I am doing wrong.

Have a printed copy of the griff pages info relating to carpet replacement and could copy and post if required. It looks a bh of a task and have not been brave enough to attempt as yet, seems that glue removal is as much as a problem as the fitting.
Let me know if a hard copy may help.
