I have just removed a no-longer-used fresh water tap from my kitchen sink and now need to plug the hole. I can't find anything on line and don't know what to search for. trouble is, the hole is quite small, around 12mm, so can't use a 'normal' chrome/white/brown bung.

I've removed something similar to this:

and need something like this (but for a much smaller hole:

If all else fails, I'll probably end up with something like this (but I'd prefer not to!):

I like the idea of a stainless coach bolt (assuming I can get one in the right size and with thread all the way to the head (or space out with suitable nuts washers etc) - best idea so far. Sorry to say I don't want to replace one item with another so won't be adding a soap dispenser - plus sod's law would state that the soap dispenser hole would need to be larger than the existing hole thus necessitating drilling out and making a right mess of things!

Any other ideas from anyone or anyone know where I can get a 'propper' fixing - or even what they are called?
