1 Week end of September?

Looking for suggestions on somewhere to go at the end of september.

Just for one week.

Needs to be:

Hot or at least very warm.
Nice beach and sea (or lake I guess)
Something to do as well - the missus will sit round the pool all day I want at least one day out in the week do do something interesting.
Budget ideally less than £650pp or AI or HB at least, budget is obviosuly less if we're having to feed ourselves everyday - depending on local prices this is flexible of course.

I've been to Egypt twice, Aruba, Tunisia, she has been to the Canaries etc but i'm not particularly bothered by them, and i'm not sure on the weather at that time of the year?

The teletext holidays website is suggesting Jamaica, the Dom Rep, Mexico and Cuba - but surely end of Septemeber is the height of hurricane season?

So - any suggestions folks?

Picked up a couple of brochures today - one had a couple of pages of Gulet cruises in which have grabbed my interest...........

Anyone any experience of them ?

Particularly the Caunos and Cleopatra cruises run by Thomson
