if you orderd something online that said 3-5 working days delivery, how long would you wait before giving up. i orderd something on 29-5-10.....still waiting, always same reply to my e-mails, waiting for stock, should have them in a few days, last date was end of july. well its the end of july and guess what, yup no delivery. so do i send a stroppy e-mail or keep waiting.

card not charged? Formal cancellation email, find it somewhere else.

Can you get it from somewhere else? If yes, cancel your order and charge them 8% on the money of yours they have kept.

5 days and I'd be getting pissed off. 2 months I'd of cancelled my order a long time ago.
