Hi all

Someone I know has a voucher for a day's rental of a car with Rio Prestige, but is having difficulty contacting them now. When they try to phone the old number, the call is directed to a mobile number which they have left messages on, but there has still been no reply.

Has something happened there, like they've moved premises or gone out of business, etc?

Any info would be appreciated. The voucher was bought around Christmas time.

I had understood they had closed up the business, but others on here are very well informed about them. May want to private andrewMG on here
