Well, what have you done so far in this regard?

Might help to know so you won't get any suggestions which you may have already tried.

What are you looking for? Where? Price?

What do you mean by suitable?

To be frank there's loads of property available.

Try finding somewhere decent to rent in Surrey if you have a dog. Every house I liked on Prime Location or Rightmove when I phoned it was either already let or would not accept a dog. Spoke to several letting agents about the fact that houses for rent were being snapped up so quickly and they said the rental housing market was booming.
Have found a house now in Reigate that will accept my Greyhound and has garages but the inside of the house is well past it`s sell by date.

I don't think you'll find anywhere that'll rent you cats along with a property. Unless you try one of those people who leave their house to the 30 cats they had.

On a more serious note. Have you tried registering on rentaroom or similar? Then you can put in what your requirements are and landlords can search for you.

Other than that keep plugging away with the agents.

Sorry it's not rentaroom. I can't remember the name off hand. A lot of the flatshare/rental sites have a 'looking for' section too.

Sounds like you'll need to put in some online leg-work.
