TVR vs Morgan at Sebring

Did I read the results wrong - did Morgan really beat the TVR's at Sebring.

Will we ever live this down.

Will we now see Morgan at Le Mans with TVR not being invited to attend.

Will the world stop turning ?

1) I believe the Morgan ran almost trouble free while the first TVR had two
sets of accident damage to over come and the other sustained engine damage,
possibly from the intake of a stone.

2) Live what down, TVR can hold their heads high.

3) I doubt it.

The TVR spent 1:28:44 in the pits compared to the Morgans 40:34, difference of 48 minutes. The TVR was 19 laps behind @ (slow lap) 2:30/lap = 47.5 min. So, had they spent the same time in the pits as the Morgan, they would have been close, but should have won.

The TVR ran a best lap of 2:08, compared to a 2:11 for the Morgan.
