is that all in as such ? i dont want to book it and find i need £££ extra cover

You normally need the basic loss damage waiver, you can buy excess insurance from UK companies who will refund any excess you have to pay up to a certain amount (eg £2k), it often works out cheaper than pay the hire company to reduce it.
