Surrey Minerals Plan - new quarries etc
Discussion
Hello Peeps. I have made an offer on a property near Redhill in Nutfield.
Have just found out that they are planning on building a new quarry at nutfield marsh (about .6 miles) - and also that there is an active landfill .7 miles away. Does anybody know the area - how does all this quarry and landfill activity effect property prices and the area in general?

It would have already been reflected in the listed price. which I assume you paid less for as you say you've had an offer accepted.
If there is already a landfill in the neighbourhood then there's not going to be much of a correction for a quarry.
ETA - bad spelling.
