Breakdown Cover Europe

Has anybody any experience of Vehicle Rescue Direct? We're looking for single trip cover from September 1 for 3 weeks, and they seem very well priced. Thanks

nope, but I swear by Swinton, £80odd for full badger UK cover inc Euro cover, and 1,800 miles in to my Euro trip 4 weeks ago when my rotor arm buggered itself they picked the car up within 1 hour (just outside Milan) took me to a sumptuous hotel, picked me up with my car the following morning and drove me 1000km around northern Italy (this was unecessary but I was desperate to find the part ) until at 4pm I told I wanted to quit: another good hotel in central Milan, business class the following day to home and connection north, and my car came back 7 days afterwards with *all* the random kit I left in overflowing from the boot in to the passenger seat present correct and no damage to the car at all..and my cheque for all my taxi rides in Italy and the UK arrived yesterday.

I cannot fault them, plus they were sweet and lovely and kept in touch frequently throughout.

I think their Euro cover on its own is about £20 btw
