Hi
Bought a Jackar Fisheye lens adapter for my 300D, however when looking through the viewfinder and when looking at the pics when uploaded / on camera screen, the bottom section of the 'circular' image is cut off, so the image is rounded but has a flat bottom. Is this something wrong / offset with the camera or the lens, and can it be rectified?

Here is an image from google of the same lens sample: http://www.e-zone.com.hk/testarea/o20090210182649....
as you can see there is a smaller area of black below the image than above.

but on mine, the bottom 1/30th of the pic approx. is cut off flat, example here (sorry for bad image, just took as quick example) : http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e95/hamster_mad_...

Any ideas?

Cheers

The obvious comment is that it looks to be mis-aligned, but the engineer part of my mind wonders if that's possible, and also whether the whole image would be out-of-focus if so...

Definitely an odd one.
