Window Tinting problems - 2010 m3 coupe?

hi, i took delivery of my m3 coupe about a month ago, i didnt order it with privacy glass as i thought i could get the windows tinted anywhere once i had seen the car and decided i definately wanted it done
i took it to my local tinting place monday but they rang me to say after two attempts they couldnt do it, they couldnt get the film to sit right because of the shaded (raised dots) round the edge of the rear window and the heat lines

anyone had any problems or had it done succesfully?any help would be appreciated

I had mine done recently (not M3, but E92) and mine is nigh on perfect. I had concerns about the "dots" but according to the tinter, they heat the glass from outside and it solves the problem

My e36 has the dots showing around the tints, will have to try the heater method, looks wk right now.

sounds like they just dont knw wat theyre doing! the dot matrix and heated screen lines are present on just about every car in production...its the curvature of the window thats sometimes difficult but piece of cake on all BM's..choose a good company or if ur nr manchester try Manchester Car Tints...theres a white M3 on the website. I use this guy for all my cars and its always spot on!
