Take one black want-to-be-gangster, a 02 reg BMW 3 series, no seatbelt, drunk (trafpol said 3x over the limit), with a head lac (lovely bullseye on the screen), blood everywhere, doing 60 in a 20, and you have a wonderful recipe.

Arrested for Dangerous Driving, driving while over the limit, leaving the scene of the accident, driving without insurance (didnt have road tax or mot either), assaulting a police officer and Section 5.

Idiot woke me up too, happened at 11:30. Me and another neighbour followed him for over a mile while giving directions to plod over phone, ended up in a 300 meter footchase, and mateyboy getting smacked a few times with a metal stick.

That's some air intake there - is it legal to run without a headlight?

Parked on side of road 10 meteres after a slight bend (that has a speed hump on) - got shoved back a good 15-20meters from impact...

EDIT - Forgot to say, Neighbours car, not mine/ours! And no, not the same neighbour who was involved in the footchase

The Mercs of that vintage weren't the problem, were they? It was the 2000-2003 cars that were the bad ones (we have a 2002 C Class that's a lovely car but needs new wings - they're a disgrace).

I hope the owner of that silver Merc is fully comp (at that age he probably isn't) insured - if not he won't see a penny frown

Oh no. Mercs of 2006-2008 also pretty bad.

You're kidding, anything between 1995 and 2004 is a rustbucket.
