Help needed!! in aid of Help for Heroes

Hi all,

Many of you may know that I've organised the Help for Heroes Road Trip 2010 thats taking place over the period of 23rd August - 28th August and taking in many of the best driving roads in Europe and the Nurburgring in Germany. I'm also getting a few of the cars together to go to TRAX on the 5th September with some footage of the trip to try and get some of you involved in next years Event.

At the moment I've just entered into the Ultimate Finish August Competition and its my intention should I win the £100 worth of detailing kit to raffle it off at TRAX and add the money raised to the sponsorship money we have already raised for Help for Heroes.

I'd therefore like you all to vote for my car at the below link to ensure that I win the competition:

I just don't like it when I've no knowledge where my email address is being sold, and it dosn't give me an option for it not to be sold on.

Good luck with it though it's a great cause I just have a works email and don't want it spammed!

Entirely your choice mate, but I'm sure the lads who've lost bits of their body dont like leaving the safety of the UK to look after your interests either. But they allow you to make that choice I suppose!!

A slightly harsh response perhaps chap? You are asking for help and he offered his (valid) opinion. Perhaps it's time to calm down? We don't usually allow threads like this anyway, so at least keep it civil.

Thats fair enough, maybe a little harsh, but its something close to my heart.

And thanks for allowing this thread to remain open all things considered. Hopefully someone from here will benefit at TRAX.

To be honest I think Help For Hero's Is a great charity, but I just don't want my email spread all over the internet, that's all.

Last year I took part in the RTTW and I've booked to do it again this year. So I pay my respects in my own way as well as donations.

Ride To The Wall values:

• To remember those that can no longer ride by our side
• To give all bikers an opportunity to pay their respects to the memory of the fallen and express our gratitude for their sacrifice.
• To show support for the Armed Forces currently serving both at home and abroad.
• To raise money for the upkeep of the venue that serves to perpetuate the memory of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

So I think his comment was a little harsh!

if you use gmail, you can do this.. say my name is [e-mail] if I put in the email address of this website [e-mail] it will work, but any email that comes from this, or this address sold on you can tell in your [e-mail] account..
