Car lumpy/Jerky on idle - Throttle Positioning Sensor 2.5?

Anyone ever had their car be very lumpy/jerky on idle?

I find that when I first start my car and before it heats up I have the following issues.

1) It can just start, then stall unless I give it some throttle
2) When I go to drive in 1st or 2nd getting out of my estate (cold engine) it is very jerky/lumpy and u get variant bursts of power even though my foot position on the accelerator pedal hasn’t changed. Seems like the car just cannot make up its mind up how much throttle you are giving it.

I have been told this could be the TPS (Throttle Positioning Sensor). Would anyone here agree, and if so what do you think noble might have used for the TPS?

It’s the 2.5l engine and the problems def are not anywhere near as bad when the car is heated up.

i had this with mine for ages. i turned the throtle stop up slightly and it sorted the problem.i leave her for 10 mins to heat up before i drive it. and this seems to wrok fine
