Spoke to Phil, at MobileWindscreens & he can fit new screen no probs.

I'm enjoying the Griff at moment.I knew the car needed a bit of work when I purchased it its an 1995 Griff 500 with 68000 mls. Got it for £8000.00 Just had service & new dash fitted last wk. Going in for full respray next wk.Going to change colour from blue to Pearescent White. In winter might change wheels & upgrade brakes if funds alow.

Car gone in today for new windscreen, picking back up on Saturday then goes in for respray on Monday.
Will post pics when I get it back completed.

Nice Griff, Looks like you got a bargain at 8 grand, looks like Doeskin interior, whats the Exterior colour at the moment ? Starmist ?

it was a bargain, but it needed a few things doing to it, new carpets, dash & service. Going to replace roof in September. Wasnt sure whether to just respray front end & rear, but now have decided on full respray & change colour.
Just changed seats for Blue ones as others were a bit worn along with blue carpets.
Colour is Mauritius Blue with doeskin interior

Mine cracked had it replaced under insurance Screens are plenty available, Auto windscreens did mine and made a complete mess of the Fit after much chasing up sent a top man around to the house and he straightened it out and will return to install new lower seal which will mean taking out glass again but he is a top guy.
I was told that they would charge around 8-900quid if paying privately.Auto windscreens only charge insurance 120quid

Got my screen replaced on friday, cant recommend Phil at National mobile Windscreens enough. He sorted everything out for me & got car booked into local depot to have screen fitted.

Another for Phil. Had 2 of his guys fit a new screen on mine 2 weeks back. Excellent service, Pass my thanks on to Nicky too. She sorted out someone contacting me today from your specialist team. Martin is sending a guy out to sort a screen on a new Mazda2 in work tomorrow for me. Top service, I'll put some more business your way Mazda wise when we have screen issues in the future too
