M4 - don't go near it

Pernod here on KF's account...

Just drove over the M4 between 8/9 and J10 and it was a parking lot east bound.

Apparently it's a 3 lane closure just beyond J8/9; meaning a massive tailback of parked cars stretching well up the M4 Eastbound.

If you were planning on going that way for anything I'd find a different route...
