Can't imagine it makes any difference without a remap unless the current intercooler was reaching the ECU limits such that fuel or spark was being pulled

The main difference you will note (other taking longer to heat soak) is improved throttle response due to less restriction in the air flow between the turbos and the throttle body. Since there is no change in turbo spooling rate, boost pressure or exhaust restriction there is no need for a remap.

It will be well worth booking your car in for a simple dyno run check to make sure that your fuelling hasn't leaned off Andy.The differences you're likely to see are slightly increased spool time on the Turbos as they now have a greater volume of intercooler to pressurise, Also you have changed the efficiency of the engine by fitting a better intercooler, this will mean cooler charge temps and more air, this can mean that things could be running lean so would be worthwhile just checking. You may also be hitting areas of the ECU map on the car which haven't been optimised or previously been used during driving.
