- This is Ghost Rider requesting a fly-by.
- Negative. The pattern is full.

Wow, named (and shamed) they must be sure of themselves however this is an internal matter and should not be in the public's eye.

Poor form. Even if he's in the wrong and if it's already been proven the wording of the announcement is terrible.

The time the RAF Typhoon pilot near put it in the grass at RIAT was as close as you can get to having a crash, yet he continued the season. How much worse would it have to be to get stopped from flying displays and presumably be suspended from flying?

T'was reported by a 'friend' of his elsewhere that he was starting another flying course (weapons something or other) this week, so he isn't grounded full stop.

Nobody seems to know what happened though, all very odd.

Call BS on that one, sorry due to the INEPT MOD truthspeak.

He's right the blokes not grounded went off on a weapons course the next week.

So its off the fun team and back to war like the rest of the people.

Oh and it happened after a social weekend at the base.....

Not sure how happy this heavily pregnant wife is about all this

If you mean Valley families day - wasn't that on Saturday? The cancellation was revealed on PPRuNe on Friday....

There's a lot of things being "implied" on various forums which seem just a teeny bit harsh on the guy - after all, we don't know what happened yet. Whoever wrote that website statement is a dolt - talk about hanging the chap out to dry! I'd have thought they would at least wait until after the investigation.

The new Hawk display pilot had his validation today. Presume he passed, no one has said he hadn't
