Hand Shaking Etiquette
Discussion
A bit of a random questions here....
When I was a lad I was told that a handshake should always be nice and firm. "Never trust someone with a limp handshake" etc etc
My question is, what is the etiquette when it comes to shaking a womans hand? I have a job interview on Wednesday and my propective boss is female.
I realise in the scheme of things it's really not all that important but I'm all for making a good first impression.
("knock her back doors in" etc comments are a given)

Say 'How do you do' whilst looking into her eyes with an eager/enthusiastic expression and at arm's length, a firm handshake...but the idea behind this is it's supposed to be natural, and expect her hand to be profferred for the handshake.
Do not do the kissy kissy thing on both cheeks
