Yes I had a cerbera serviced by a well known garage in the South and when I had concerns that nothing was done during the service, anyway the garage in question owner who "accidentally" brought the wrong puller to my property stated "those Cerbera's run rich !" I'd just like the views of this forumn, Oh and the matter is in Solicitors hands at the mo.

When these things happen a person or company are defined by what they do next. We all make mistakes, it's how we deal with them that counts.
You say you've appointed solicitors so I assume their response was a little lacking? Happened to me (somewhere a little further north of the area being hinted at here). "You forgot to change the fuel filter" "No we didn't". They stupidly cocked up their second chance too.
Reckon I've spent north of £30,000 on TVR related foolery since and not a penny of it with them.

Yes the owner of the firm sort of admitted, after I disbelieved his bulls*** waffle about the many "issues” and said he would send a trailer that didn't materialise, but I believe this outfit work on the basis of if you can't see it or it ain't broke don't touch it. This was so blatant and whilst I am aware of pistonhead naming and shaming policy, I can only suggest at the moment that you all check work has been actually carried out in Southern England. Needless to say post successful court action I will legally will be able post a lot more pictures on my own/and links from social network sites. Edited by snotsnfarts on Thursday 12th August 17:57
I went right off this particular dealership after witnessing one of their salesmen reving the bollacks off a cold speed 6 engined car.. Only to be told the reason for doing this was to clean out the cats!! To prevent them clogging up!!! Apparently all TVR dealerships do this!!! Personally wouldn't touch any of their massively overpriced (over revved cars). Defo wouldn't ever consider them for a service. All inho of course.
