Anyone used KUDOS?

Hi all,
My pride and joy E39 M5 has just been hit by a very elderly gent whilst it was parked! Sadly the old boy was unable to steer his car effectively enough to avoid my car amongst a line of neatly parked vehicles as he 'turned' a corner. Hmmmm.
SO - I have to get my car sorted, its not major damage, but will need a bumper, headlight etc.
Now I took it to a local insurance approved bodyshop and the owner pointed me at a Company called KUDOS who deal with no fault claims on behalf of the innocent party by dealing with the entire claim process from the at fault insurers and providing benefits in excess of those you might receive normally such as a like for like courtesy car.
Has anyone else used this company in similar circumstances?
Are they reputable?
One of the advantages is quoted as being it takes away all the to-ing and fro-ing with forms etc when two insurance companies are involved, and the at fault insurer is more interested in minimising costs and less interested in getting your car fixed to the proper high standard.

oh sorry, I was anticipating positive responses not naming and shaming. I am interested to hear endorsements not horror stories....
My point was that since no-one has replied, you might draw the conclusion that there are no endorsements.
Why nit just contact the third party's insurer and claim directly from them if it's as simple a claim as it seems? I was in a similar situation to you a few months ago, did this with no forms to fill in and just. A couple of phone calls to the body shop (of my choice) and hire car company to sort out times and dates and that was all it took. All authorised directly by the insurer so no possibility of any comeback later if for example there was a dispute about the cost of the hire car.
Another recommendation for Anniesdad / Europa on here. Steve and co have helped quite a few PHers out, me included, and they're nothing short of excellent. As has been said previously though, it really doesn't sound like you'd be needing that sort of service as it's fairly cut and dry in terms of liability.
