As ther is no scottish forum for bikes, just wonderd if anyone on here can recommend a good bike tuner preferably with experience of japcrap and close to Glasgow.

Depends what your wanting. Bob Grant at Knockhill has a Dyno and can do some stuff. Theres also a guy near Inverness, a bit far away.
I seem to remember a tuning place in Edinburgh as well, MHP is something like that.

What bike is it and what are you needing done?

RPM motorcycles in Bainsford, Falkirk.

He is an ex-racer and is excellent at tuning and setting up bikes, for the road or track. Used to work for Jim Allan years & years ago and Jim Allan sends any bikes that they can't fix or need a real expert.
I think his name is Kenny, it's been a few years since i last had a bike so no reason to be down at his garage.

If you can't find his number pm me and i will get it for you.

Bike is a 92 FZR1000RU, just seems a bit weak and wanted it checked over to see if it was just me or whether carb/fuelling/ignition wrong
