OK, it should be BUY not BUT, any chance of change mods smile

As per title. looking to paint the exterior of our house in dulux weathershield (classic cream), the sheds sell it for 25 per 5l, Jewsons said 24.75 plus VAT for the trade version (goes further apparantly, 17.5pct further??)
Looked on the internet, cant see any obvious sites selling it cheap, wondered if anyone here may know of a good source scratchchin

No idea how old you are, but if your parents are pensioners, get them to get a B&Q card where they save 10% or 15% on a specific day each week (Tuesdays, I think?_ - that could save you quite a bit on the total?

You don't even need to be a pensioner. Just say you are getting the card for someone. Then use it yourself thumbup Worked for us. They weren't even bothered. It was a member of staff that told us to do this.

I bought mine from B&Q, £20, Dulux Weathershield Satin Black. Luvverly, worked a treat when applied with a four inch roller.

The garage has gone, as we've moved overseas now. frown The '32 rod project was sold, but I've started another little project though. biggrin

We are a Dulux Trade stockist, but I couldn't tell you how much Dulux Weathershield is off the top of head as I'm not at work at the moment. The Dulux retail paint which B & Q stock gives 30% less coverage that is why it is cheaper compared to the trade version.

You are not going to get hugely cheaper prices for like for like as the profit margin isn't massive.

FYI just checked prices at work and we sell for £22.41 + VAT, also usually a little leeway for larger quantities. Again that is for Dulux Trade and not Dulux Retail paint.
