Bizarrely, these people are being defended in the Knightsbridge thread.

London is full of these pricks every summer, just revving supercars in the streets of Mayfair and Knightsbridge. I'd put down a large bet that the vast majority have undertaken no driving instruction whatsoever.

I would doubt they are even insure in the uk ie they will just pay for whatever damage.

If you took a uk registered Lambo over to their home country for a few weeks how would you get insurance for it?

the imported ones are better because the will pay for the damage and not drive off or be uninsured
