i don't know how many of you out there have been the victim of these cars... but as a victim (as well as the brother of, son of, friend of, enemy of other victims) of one of these devious little machines this story did bring a glow to my heart...

with many councils scrapping them (along with Speed Cameras), and incidents like this, is the tide finally turning in favour of the motorist?

Yup I've been nicked by this, it regularly has been seen parked either illegally or in dangerous places at last something has been done.
Now all they need to do is dump the whole idea!

Whenever I see these nazi's parked near bus stops etc, the cynic in me wonders if it would be easier for a criminal to mug someone/rob a shop nearby, rather than park on a yellow/double yellow. After all, their presence isnt for crime prevention....

well kent and medway have announced despite budget cuts they will be keeping the scamera vans and the noddy cars...
