covers inside rear quarter windows - to remove?

on an S4s, is there a trick, it was wedged no matter which way I wiggled and pulled.. Finally I just winced and pulled hard.. it came out, but I dont know how I am going to get it back in,,,

Slide tha back part facing the rear window in as much as possible first, this will help. But besides that you will need patience.
